Eating more and working out
I just started my new diet plan this week in order for me to gain 160lbs by the end of December. I’m currently weighing in at 136lbs so I have lots work to do to get to my ideal weight. Eating 5-6 meals is not easy for me since I have to try and find the right food to eat. I must consume 3000 calories a day.
I will start working out my upper body every Tuesday and Thursday while Wednesday and Friday will be my lower body. Weight lifting will be the main workout plan as I don’t really need to do cardio. I will weigh myself again next Monday to see if I gain any weight.
