High Metabolism
Everyone who knows me will tell you that I’m very tall and skinny. I hate being skinny. Currently, I’m 5’11 and 136lbs with no clothes on (yes, I like to weigh myself naked in the bathroom). I can consume an elephant and still weigh the same.
My metabolism is very high and I know it’s the reason that’s stopping me from gaining any kind of weight. I’ve been researching why I have such a high metabolism. It looks like my mind has to do with most of the factors why my metabolism is so high. Here are the reasons that’s been suggested from others who have the same problem:
1) If you think/ponder a lot (intelligence), your metabolism is high.
2) If you worry/stress a lot, your metabolism is high.
3) If you are too sensitive (sharp), your metabolism is high.
4) If you are under pressure, your metabolism is high.
Another reason is through genetics. My dad is also very scrawny and I have the same exact body structure as he does. He is also very tall and so is my mom. Though I plan to break it in this generation.
I will come up with a meal plan. Basically, you have to consume as much as you can per day. Try to eat every 3 hours and take supplements. Protein and carbs will definitely help.
Aside from eating more, I will go to the gym 4-6 times a week. At least an hour per session, I will concentrate mostly on weights since cardio exercises will not help with my metabolism problem.
I will officially start this either today or tomorrow. Will update my weight in a month.
